Ricky is a certified accountant and recruitment consultant specializing in banking and financial services with more than 15 years of working experience.

After spending nine years in Melbourne as an accountant, he returned home to Jakarta in 2015 and switched his career to talent management sector. Ricky joined recruitment firm Robert Walters for more than four years and became one of the sector’s early pioneers of banking and financial services industry specialists in Indonesia. He was also the firm’s top performer in 2017, 2018, and 2019. In 2020, Ricky moved to Michael Page and within a year, he broke Indonesia bureau’s all-time record, placed C-Level talents in large national banks, and set new benchmark criteria for future recruitment.

In his role at Alpha JWC Ventures, Ricky provides support to its 40+ portfolio companies in capacity planning and key talent recruitment to enhance long-term growth and success.

Ricky obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Melbourne and has attained CPA Australia status.

As a father of three, Ricky enjoys family time and cooking. He also contributes to society by serving as a Sunday School teacher in International Full Gospel Fellowship (IFGF) Jakarta. Amidst his tight schedule, Ricky is always rooting for Juventus, Manchester United, and Indonesian Badminton team.
