Eko brings over a decade of experience in early- and growth-stage investing, along with deep expertise in scaling businesses across diverse industries. He is passionate about working closely with founders to build resilient, long-term companies and helping entrepreneurial teams navigate critical growth phases with clarity and purpose.
He currently serves as a Venture Partner at Alpha JWC Ventures, contributing strategic guidance and perspective to the firm and its portfolio founders, particularly around growth strategy, portfolio development, and long-term value creation. He is also the Founding Partner and CEO of UPartners.
Previously, Eko held senior investment and operating roles across private equity, corporates, and advisory, including Vice President of Investment at Creador, as well as management roles at PT Astra International Tbk. and PwC. Alongside his professional work, he remains an active mentor to startup founders and operators across the region.
