Nadia Putri Tjahyadi is a business professional with experience in operations and strategy.
In her current role at Alpha JWC Ventures, Nadia is responsible for coordinating strategic projects related to portfolio companies, including process optimization, new business development, performance evaluation, and other key initiatives. She also manages several internal projects related to fund and investment strategy.
Prior to Alpha JWC, Nadia was an MBA candidate at Ross School of Business, where she completed consulting engagements with various companies, ranging from healthtech startup to a large multinational chemical company. Before business school, she spent a few years in one of the fastest-growing organic food brands in the US (part of Danone’s business unit) establishing quality standards and managing supplier relationships. She also led several strategic initiatives, including upstream supply chain sustainability and long-term supplier development. Throughout her education and professional career, Nadia focuses on how the private sector can create lasting positive impact in society.
In her spare time, she is an avid foodie who enjoys trying out new Korean and Japanese restaurants and testing new recipes at home. She also loves road trips, having visited 36/50 states in the US during her 8 years living there.
Nadia earned an MBA degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business on a Merit Scholarship. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University, majoring in Food Science.
