As part of the Value Creation team at Alpha JWC Ventures, Amanda works with the portfolio companies in driving organizational growth and people initiatives through strategic hiring, capacity planning, talent market benchmarking, and staying on top of best practice human capital strategies.

Prior to joining Alpha JWC Ventures, Amanda had a stint of exposure in the banking industry before switching to recruitment by joining Monroe Consulting Group and Robert Walters where she successfully onboarded impactful senior leadership talents from managerial up to C-suite level for renowned financial services organizations as well as expanding the professional network covering various expertise in the industry including but not limited to Commercial, Operations, and Compliance.

After spending four years in consulting firms, she plunged into the tech world by joining the first Indonesian decacorn and industry giant Gojek, where she contributed to building Go-Pay and Gojek’s Financial Services Business Intelligence, Research, and Strategy team, and later on Traveloka, a leading Southeast Asia lifestyle super-app company, where she drove the hiring for Product Management, Revenue & Growth, Product Marketing, Product Design, as well as the Group Operations and Financial Services team.

Amanda graduated with Dean’s Award from Adventist University of the Philippines, obtained Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and was actively involved in student organizations such as PPI-Filipina, AUP Indonesian Chorale, and International Students Association. Besides spending time with her family and friends during her spare time, Amanda enjoys reading, traveling, practicing yoga, discovering and listening to both old and new records, and learning how to play ukulele better.
