In her current role in Alpha JWC Ventures, she is responsible for the firm’s reputation development through internal and external communications, media relations, community outreach, corporate social responsibility, and partnerships. As part of the Value Creation team, Adelia provides guidance and support to Alpha JWC’s portfolio companies with their brand building, strategic communications, marketing, and public relations strategies.

Before entering the venture capital and tech world, Adelia was a multimedia journalist and editor with experience at The Jakarta Globe, Forbes Indonesia, and Manila-based media Rappler, where she covered national and local politics, international affairs, lifestyle, social, and legal issues. She was also involved in several youth, cultural and political movements in Indonesia. Until today, Adelia enjoys writing for her personal and professional projects. Her latest work includes a weekly lifestyle column on one of the country’s largest online media for millennials and a youth financial literacy book.

Adelia graduated from The London School of Economics with an MSc in Politics and Communication on full Indonesian government scholarship and holds an MBA degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung, with focus in Strategic Marketing. She previously earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Science from Universitas Indonesia and National University of Singapore under Temasek Foundation Scholarship.
